Das Fann-Gebirge ist eines der besten Trekkinggebiete Zentralasiens: Von <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/tajikistan\/destinations-tj\/dushanbe\/\">Duschanbe<\/a> aus fahren Sie durch die <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/tajikistan\/destinations-tj\/varzob\/\">Varzob<\/a>-Schlucht und den Anzob-Tunnel ins <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/tajikistan\/destinations-tj\/dushanbe\/zarafshan-valley\/\">Zerafshan-Tal<\/a> und weiter zu den <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/tajikistan\/destinations-tj\/alauddin-lakes\/\">Alouddin-Seen<\/a>, wo Sie zwei N\u00e4chte zelten. Eine Tageswanderung vorbei an den Piyola-Seen zum Mutnoe-See (3.500 m) unterhalb des Zamok-Gipfels (5.070 m) hilft Ihnen, sich an die H\u00f6he zu gew\u00f6hnen.  <\/p>\n<p>Der H\u00f6hepunkt des Treks ist die \u00dcberquerung des Alouddin-Passes (3.860 m). Von der Passh\u00f6he aus haben Sie einen nahen Blick auf Chapdara (5.050 m), Adamkuh (4.700 m) und den Maria-Gipfel (4.970 m), einen Berg mit einer langen Bergsteigergeschichte, sowie auf die Gletscher und die <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/tajikistan\/destinations-tj\/kulikalon-lakes\/\">Kulikalon-Seen<\/a> darunter. Sie steigen vorbei an den Dushakha-Seen ab und zelten bei Kulikalon (2.900 m), \u00fcberqueren dann den Chukurak-Pass (3.180 m) zum Chukurak-See (2.450 m), wo im Sommer einheimische Familien mit ihren Herden leben. Das Panorama von der Passh\u00f6he aus ist nah und beeindruckend, mit Chapdara (5.050 m), Adamkuh (4.700 m) und dem Maria-Gipfel (4.970 m), einem Berg mit einer sehr langen Bergsteigergeschichte. Vom Fu\u00df des Maria-Gipfels aus k\u00f6nnen Sie alle Gletscher und die Kulikalon-Seen sehen.  \n\nPicknick-Mittagessen auf dem Weg, dann Abstieg vorbei an den Dushakha-Seen zum Kulikalon-See (2.900 m). Drive towards the Seven Lakes (Haftkul) and stop at the mausoleum of the poet Rudaki on the way.
