Unser n\u00e4chstes Ziel ist der Hauptmarkt der Stadt. Am Nachmittag spazieren wir im Rudaki-Park, der dem gro\u00dfen persischen Dichter Rudaki gewidmet ist, der im 10. Jahrhundert n. Chr. w\u00e4hrend der Samanidenzeit lebte. Vom Park aus gehen wir zur Statue von Ismail Somoni. Dieses gro\u00dfe Denkmal erinnert an den 1.100. Unterwegs passieren wir den 5 km langen Istiklol-Tunnel auf 2650 m H\u00f6he. \n\nDer Iskanderkul ist als der See Alexanders des Gro\u00dfen bekannt. Der See umfasst 340 Hektar. Der Legende nach wurde er nach Alexander dem Gro\u00dfen benannt, im Osten als Iskander bekannt, dessen Weg nach Indien an diesem See vorbeigef\u00fchrt haben soll. Diese einzigartige Hochlandregion war in der Vergangenheit als Kuhistan, \u201edas Land der Berge\u201c auf Farsi, bekannt. \n\nMalerische Schluchten und P\u00e4sse, rei\u00dfende Fl\u00fcsse, alte Gletscher, smaragdgr\u00fcne und t\u00fcrkisfarbene Seen, Wacholderw\u00e4lder und spitze Gipfel, stabiles warmes Wetter und gute Erreichbarkeit machen das Fan-Gebirge f\u00fcr Trekker und Outdoor-Fans sehr attraktiv. Das Tal gilt als eines der besten Reiseziele in Tadschikistan und zieht Besucher aus aller Welt mit seiner nat\u00fcrlichen Sch\u00f6nheit an. Der tiefste See (Mijgon) liegt auf 1.640 m und der h\u00f6chste (Hazorchashma) auf 2.400 m, und jeder See hat eine andere Farbe: Mijgon, Soya, Hushyor, Nofin, Khurdak, Marguzor und Hazorchashma.  \n\nMittagessen in einer Gastfamilie, dann Zeit zum Entspannen auf einem traditionellen tadschikischen Tapchan im Jomaboy-Garten.
