Next, we visit the stunning Hazret Sultan Mosque, one of the biggest in Central Asia, designed like an Oriental palace and able to welcome up to 10,000 worshippers at once. We continue to the futuristic Palace of Peace and Reconciliation, a pyramid-shaped masterpiece by renowned architect Norman Foster, symbolizing harmony and unity. Nearby stands another of Foster's creations — the Baiterek Tower, the main symbol of Astana. Ride the elevator up to the viewing deck for breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline.
