Tambi\u00e9n es un plato muy \u00abs\u00f3lo tayiko\u00bb, mientras que la mayor\u00eda de los dem\u00e1s platos de Asia Central se comen en toda la regi\u00f3n. Este plato se prepara utilizando qurut (las bolas secas saladas hechas de leche agria o yogur) que tambi\u00e9n se comen en otras partes de Asia Central. Los qurut se disuelven en agua, y el l\u00edquido resultante, de sabor salado, se utiliza como base de la ensalada.     <\/p><p>El l\u00edquido se vierte sobre tiras de pan plano \u0430 finas. Es un plato popular en las regiones septentrionales de Tayikist\u00e1n (y se parece a algunos plov regionales uzbekos).  <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La puloa est\u00e1 hecha de arroz cocido al vapor mezclado con pasas, zanahorias y carne de ternera o cordero. Hay distintas variaciones seg\u00fan la regi\u00f3n. Hay muchos tipos de \u00abshurbo\u00bb en Tayikist\u00e1n y en otros lugares de la regi\u00f3n, pero el tradicional contiene patatas, zanahorias y trozos de carne y grasa.
