La carne siempre ha dominado las comidas principales, con cordero y caballo, junto con numerosos productos l\u00e1cteos. Los m\u00e9todos de preparaci\u00f3n de la comida de la cultura n\u00f3mada se desarrollaron esencialmente para asegurar la conservaci\u00f3n de los alimentos. Por eso hay muchos platos a base de carne ahumada y leche agria.     <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #0e101a; background-color: transparent;\">Casi no hab\u00eda posibilidad de cultivar verduras, pero era posible intercambiar algunas cosas con las naciones asentadas vecinas.  <\/span><span style=\"color: #0e101a; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Los principales alimentos de la cocina kazaja siguen bas\u00e1ndose en la combinaci\u00f3n de masa de carne y cebolla.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"background: transparent; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #0e101a; background-color: transparent;\"> <\/span><\/p><p style=\"background: transparent; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: #0e101a; font-size: 16px;\">Cuando los kazajos comenzaron un modo de vida m\u00e1s asentado, empezaron a adoptar diversas tradiciones culinarias y a enriquecer su cocina con la influencia de las cocinas de quienes viv\u00edan cerca: rusos, ucranianos, bielorrusos, coreanos, <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/es\/uzbekistan\/cultura-uzbeka\/comida-uzbeka\/\">uzbekos<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/es\/kirguistan\/cultura-kirguis\/comida-kirguis\/\">kirguises<\/a> (muy cercanos a la cultura alimentaria kazaja), uigures, dunganos e incluso chinos. Aqu\u00ed hay m\u00e1s variedades de fideos y se toman muy en serio. Tampoco es raro comer fideos hechos a mano en los restaurantes kazajos y, sobre todo, en las casas de los pueblos rurales. href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/es\/kazajstan\/cultura-kazaja\/fiestas-nacionales-kazajas\/\">Nauryz<\/a> kozhe es una comida tradicional de Nauryz (celebraci\u00f3n persa de una nueva estaci\u00f3n). Este plato combina siete ingredientes: carne ahumada, leche, mijo, trigo, ma\u00edz, agua y mantequilla. Tambi\u00e9n es costumbre que los invitados se lleven a casa lo que queda en la mesa al final de la fiesta. La carne de caballo y de camello son los dos tipos principales de carne de fiesta, en comparaci\u00f3n con Kirguist\u00e1n, donde la carne de camello es una rareza. En cambio, la de camello sigue siendo menos t\u00edpica en las fiestas, ya que los camellos no son tan comunes como los caballos en Kazajst\u00e1n.
