Le lac a une longueur maximale de 1030 m, une largeur d&rsquo;environ 200 m et une ligne c\u00f4ti\u00e8re de 3125 m. C&rsquo;est pourquoi le lac est tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 des photographes. Pour obtenir les meilleures photos, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de se lever t\u00f4t avant que les nuages ne se forment au-dessus des montagnes sous l&rsquo;effet de la chaleur du soleil.    <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Tulpar K\u00f6l, le plus grand des 42 petits lacs de la cha\u00eene, se situe entre les derniers petits contreforts et la premi\u00e8re grande cr\u00eate de la cha\u00eene Trans-Alai. Le lac contraste fortement avec les paysages environnants. Le sol et les collines autour du lac sont constitu\u00e9s de terre rouge, d&rsquo;herbe verte poussant autour et de calottes blanches des pics de la cha\u00eene Trans-Alai, formant ainsi une \u00e9tonnante combinaison de couleurs.    <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f43ef4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"0f43ef4\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le lac Tulpar est situ\u00e9 au sud du village de Sary Mogul, sur la route du pic L\u00e9nine. C&rsquo;est un endroit id\u00e9al pour observer le puissant pic de loin. Les habitants de Sary Mogul proposent des activit\u00e9s telles que l&rsquo;\u00e9quitation et le cyclisme. Vous pouvez donc vous rendre au lac \u00e0 cheval ou \u00e0 v\u00e9lo.   <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Au bord du lac Tulpar-Kol, vous trouverez des yourtes o\u00f9 vous pourrez passer la nuit et o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on vous servira \u00e9galement des repas. Dans les champs environnants, les rares fleurs d&rsquo;edelweiss prosp\u00e8rent avec d&rsquo;autres esp\u00e8ces rares de plantes et d&rsquo;animaux.  Les  <\/span>Le <span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">camp de base Achik-Tash du <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/kirghizistan\/destinations-au-kirghizstan\/osh\/pic-lenine\/\">Lenin Peak<\/a> est situ\u00e9 non loin du lac Tulpar, mais vous devez obtenir un <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/kyrgyzstan\/kyrgyzstan-border-permit\/\">permis frontalier<\/a> pour y acc\u00e9der en raison de la proximit\u00e9 de la fronti\u00e8re tadjike.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><b>Note :<\/b> Pour visiter la r\u00e9gion de Tulpar Kul, vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin d&rsquo;un permis frontalier, mais si vous vous aventurez plus loin, assurez-vous de l&rsquo;obtenir au pr\u00e9alable, par exemple \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/kirghizistan\/destinations-au-kirghizstan\/bishkek\/\">Bishkek<\/a> ou \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/kirghizistan\/destinations-au-kirghizstan\/osh\/\">Osh<\/a>.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La r\u00e9gion de Tulpar Kol et de la vall\u00e9e d&rsquo;Alay doit \u00eatre visit\u00e9e de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pendant la p\u00e9riode la plus chaude de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 (de juin \u00e0 septembre), sinon il peut y faire assez
