La viande a toujours domin\u00e9 les repas principaux, avec le mouton et le cheval, ainsi que de nombreux produits laitiers. Les m\u00e9thodes de pr\u00e9paration des aliments de la culture nomade se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es essentiellement pour assurer la conservation des aliments. Il y a plus de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de nouilles ici et elles sont prises tr\u00e8s au s\u00e9rieux. Il n&rsquo;est pas rare de trouver des nouilles faites \u00e0 la main dans les restaurants kazakhs et surtout dans les maisons des villages ruraux. href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/kazakhstan\/kazakh-culture\/kazakh-national-holidays\/\">Nauryz<\/a> kozhe est un plat traditionnel pour le Nauryz (c\u00e9l\u00e9bration persane d&rsquo;une nouvelle saison). Ce plat se compose de sept ingr\u00e9dients : viande fum\u00e9e, lait, millet, bl\u00e9, ma\u00efs, eau et beurre. On pense que plus le dastarkhan est riche dans la maison, plus le propri\u00e9taire est hospitalier et plus le destin leur est favorable.  <\/p><p>Au Kazakhstan, on dit qu&rsquo;avant de faire des affaires avec un invit\u00e9, il faut d&rsquo;abord le nourrir.  <\/p><p>Le dastarkhan est typique de toute l&rsquo;Asie centrale et les tables les plus imposantes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dress\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de mariages et d&rsquo;autres grandes c\u00e9l\u00e9brations. Il est \u00e9galement de coutume que les invit\u00e9s emportent ce qui reste sur la table \u00e0 la fin de la f\u00eate. La viande de cheval et la viande de chameau sont les deux principaux types de viande de f\u00eate, contrairement au Kirghizstan o\u00f9 la viande de chameau est rare. D&rsquo;un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, le chameau n&rsquo;est toujours pas aussi typique des festivit\u00e9s, car les chameaux ne sont pas aussi courants que les chevaux au Kazakhstan.
