La ville est un centre de district \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance ethnique ouzb\u00e8ke avec une population d&rsquo;environ 20 000 personnes. Entour\u00e9e de terres agricoles, Aravan est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 seulement 5 km de la fronti\u00e8re avec l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/ouzbekistan\/\">Ouzb\u00e9kistan<\/a>.    <\/p><p>Il y a un joli petit bazar au centre de la ville et une mosqu\u00e9e en bois magnifiquement construite, cach\u00e9e au milieu de la ville. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s le style de sa construction, nous supposons qu&rsquo;elle date du 19\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. Pour le reste, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une petite ville de la vall\u00e9e de Fergana, construite par les Sovi\u00e9tiques, avec des souvenirs de guerre assez importants dans le centre ville. data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les chevaux c\u00e9lestes d&rsquo;Aravan sont un site de p\u00e9troglyphes qui a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important dans le folklore r\u00e9gional et qui est devenu un lieu de p\u00e8lerinage pour les musulmans de la vall\u00e9e de Fergana, \u00e0 environ 30 km \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouest d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/kirghizistan\/destinations-au-kirghizstan\/osh\/\">Osh.<\/a> <\/p><p>Les gravures rupestres remonteraient au 1er si\u00e8cle de notre \u00e8re. \u00ab\u00a0Les chevaux \u00ab\u00a0c\u00e9lestes\u00a0\u00bb de Ferghana \u00e9taient admir\u00e9s par les Chinois de la dynastie Han \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque de l&rsquo;impitoyable empereur Wi-Ti, \u00e0 tel point que c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des principales raisons qui ont pouss\u00e9 les Chinois \u00e0 conqu\u00e9rir la vall\u00e9e de Fergana.   <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Les p\u00e9troglyphes sont visibles avec un peu de patience, \u00e0 plusieurs m\u00e8tres de hauteur, sur la paroi d&rsquo;une falaise orient\u00e9e au sud, juste \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de la ville d&rsquo;Aravan, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d&rsquo;une mosqu\u00e9e et d&rsquo;un petit sanctuaire.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-290b8d9 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"290b8d9\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3c186f2\" data-id=\"3c186f2\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fdbd5e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fdbd5e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le site n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s bien \u00e9tabli, mais il y a au moins une personne qui peut en dire plus sur les l\u00e9gendes et les histoires li\u00e9es au site, mais seulement en kirghize.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;une des l\u00e9gendes est li\u00e9e \u00e0 un rocher sur le sol qui pr\u00e9sente de petits trous. La l\u00e9gende raconte que ces trous sont le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;un bras de fer entre deux hommes extr\u00eamement forts et que les trous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 laiss\u00e9s par les coudes qui ont touch\u00e9 le rocher pendant la bataille. Il y a \u00e9galement de petites cavernes entre les rochers \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la falaise o\u00f9 les habitants viennent parfois faire des offrandes et prier pr\u00e8s des petits autels qu&rsquo;ils ont eux-m\u00eames construits.  &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400;\"><i>La photo de droite provient de l&rsquo;exposition du mus\u00e9e historique de Tachkent \u00ab\u00a0Peintures rupestres avec des images de chevaux (deuxi\u00e8me partie du premier mill\u00e9naire avant J.-C.). Les habitants nous ont dit qu&rsquo;elle avait \u00e9t\u00e9 construite par un professeur \u00e0 la retraite et qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;avait pas d&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 pour le moment. Les portes de la maison sont ferm\u00e9es, mais les habitants nous laissent passer dans leur cour pour jeter un coup d&rsquo;\u0153il \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de ce b\u00e2timent singulier.
