Central Asia Guide has no obligation to refund any fees when the cancellation is done less than 45 days before the start of the travel service. In the event of force majeure, please refer to your travel insurance. In case unrefundable costs have already incurred to Central Asia Guide or to a third party travel operator, those costs will be abducted from the refund. <\/p>

        All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking\/contact form or contacted us through email. <\/p>

        Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability.
