Il est situ\u00e9 dans le district de Tong, dans le nord des montagnes du Tian Shan, \u00e0 l&rsquo;est du Kirghizistan, et relie la c\u00f4te sud d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/kirghizistan\/destinations-au-kirghizstan\/guide-issyk-kul-central-asia-guide\/\">Issyk-Kul<\/a> \u00e0 l&rsquo;oblast de <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/kirghizistan\/destinations-au-kirghizstan\/naryn\/\">Naryn<\/a>. Il s&rsquo;agit de l&rsquo;une des routes de montagne les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es du Kirghizistan. Une gorge du m\u00eame nom m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la vall\u00e9e de Kichi-Naryn et \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion de Naryn au sud-ouest du col. La partie inf\u00e9rieure de la gorge se r\u00e9tr\u00e9cit tr\u00e8s fortement, formant des canyons rocheux pittoresques et la rivi\u00e8re Tossor y coule en cr\u00e9ant des cascades et de petites chutes d&rsquo;eau le long de la route qui suit la rivi\u00e8re. Cette partie de la gorge de Tosor est pleine d&rsquo;argousiers et d&rsquo;autres plantes et, tout en haut, pr\u00e8s de la limite de la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation et des glaciers, il y a des plantes d&rsquo;altitude tr\u00e8s particuli\u00e8res. Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 le point culminant depuis la direction d&rsquo;Issyk Kul,     <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">vous pouvez acc\u00e9der aux sources d&rsquo;eau chaude de Jyluu-Suu et au lac Teshik-Kul.  <\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Il convient de noter que la route n&rsquo;est accessible que par un v\u00e9hicule 4&#215;4 robuste et nous vous recommandons d&rsquo;\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;un chauffeur exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 pour passer le col de Tosor et surtout apr\u00e8s le col de Tosor, du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Naryn, o\u00f9 vous devez traverser quelques rivi\u00e8res avec de gros rochers. La vall\u00e9e derri\u00e8re le col (dans la direction d&rsquo;Issyk Kul) est tr\u00e8s belle avec de l&rsquo;herbe verte partout et quelques yourtes blanches qui pars\u00e8ment le paysage. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le lac Teshik Kol (ou Teshik Kul) est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 38 km du village de Bokonbaev, \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la vall\u00e9e de Karakaman, \u00e0 3500 m d&rsquo;altitude.  <\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Teshik-Kul est divis\u00e9 en deux parties, qui sont reli\u00e9es par une petite rivi\u00e8re avec une petite cascade similaire.  <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Vous pouvez acc\u00e9der au lac par le col de Zhalpak-Bel (3300 m.) depuis l&rsquo;ouest ou par le col de Ton (4020 m.) depuis l&rsquo;est, non loin de la route menant au col de Tosor.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Sur le chemin du lac, vous pourrez rencontrer des nomades vivant dans leurs p\u00e2turages d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 avec des yourtes et, si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez go\u00fbter \u00e0 des <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/kyrgyzstan\/kyrgyz-culture\/kyrgyz-food\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kymyz<\/a> frais.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7f70b04\" Les sources sont enferm\u00e9es dans des b\u00e2timents en b\u00e9ton confin\u00e9s. Comme toujours avec les sources d&rsquo;eau chaude, on dit que la baignade dans la source a des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur la sant\u00e9.
