Les Kazakhs et leurs anc\u00eatres ont pr\u00e9serv\u00e9 les traditions nomades dans la steppe ouverte depuis d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus de 3 000 ans, car c&rsquo;\u00e9tait le seul moyen de survivre dans la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation s\u00e8che de la steppe, ses ressources en eau limit\u00e9es, sa chaleur estivale et son froid hivernal. <\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la fin de la p\u00e9riode sovi\u00e9tique, les Kazakhs ont conserv\u00e9 le mode de vie nomade. Par exemple, la yourte conserv\u00e9e avec beaucoup de soin a retrouv\u00e9 sa place d&rsquo;honneur. Les migrations nomades ne sont pas rares et, en \u00e9t\u00e9, on peut trouver des campements nomades mobiles dans de nombreuses vall\u00e9es de la steppe et dans les alpages. De la fum\u00e9e s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve des yourtes ou des tentes militaires et les enfants jouent autour d&rsquo;elles. Cependant, les yourtes ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement chang\u00e9 depuis un si\u00e8cle et sont dans la plupart des cas aliment\u00e9es en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, au moins par une batterie ou un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur.    <\/p>\n<p>La viande est l&rsquo;aliment principal des nomades kazakhs. Lorsque l&rsquo;hiver arrive, un cheval est choisi pour \u00eatre abattu, car sa viande est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme le meilleur fournisseur d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pendant la saison froide. La viande d&rsquo;un jeune taureau est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme le meilleur plat pour le printemps, et la viande de mouton est disponible toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. La viande de mouton est particuli\u00e8rement savoureuse en \u00e9t\u00e9, lorsque les moutons ont brout\u00e9 dans les prairies riches en herbes.   &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9levage semi-nomade a un bel avenir au Kazakhstan.
