Les plats les plus populaires sont \u00ab\u00a0<\/span>kabuli pulao\u00a0\u00bb (ou<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u00ab\u00a0<\/span>qabili palau\u00a0\u00bb) qui est une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de plov d&rsquo;Asie centrale<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> et de Samanu<\/span>ou samsy (samosa).  <\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Les entr\u00e9es tadjiks sont de petits plats tels que des fruits secs, des noix et du halva, suivis d&rsquo;une soupe et d&rsquo;une viande et souvent compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par du plov. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le pain et le th\u00e9 jouent toujours un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la vie des Tadjiks. Il s&rsquo;agit \u00e9galement d&rsquo;un plat tr\u00e8s \u00ab\u00a0tadjik\u00a0\u00bb, alors que la plupart des autres plats d&rsquo;Asie centrale sont consomm\u00e9s dans toute la r\u00e9gion. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un plat populaire dans les r\u00e9gions du nord du Tadjikistan (et proche de certains plovs r\u00e9gionaux ouzbeks).  <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le puloa est compos\u00e9 de riz cuit \u00e0 la vapeur m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 des raisins secs, des carottes et du b\u0153uf ou de l&rsquo;agneau. Il existe diff\u00e9rentes variantes selon les r\u00e9gions. Il existe de nombreux types de \u00ab\u00a0shurbo\u00a0\u00bb au Tadjikistan et ailleurs dans la r\u00e9gion, mais le traditionnel contient des pommes de terre, des carottes et des morceaux de viande et de graisse.
