L\u2019aventure d\u00e9bute par une journ\u00e9e \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/tajikistan\/destinations-tj\/dushanbe\/\">Douchanb\u00e9<\/a>, la capitale du Tadjikistan : le Mus\u00e9e national des antiquit\u00e9s avec le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Bouddha endormi provenant du monast\u00e8re bouddhiste d\u2019Ajina Teppa, le Mus\u00e9e des instruments de musique et du folklore, le march\u00e9 principal, le parc Roudaki, d\u00e9di\u00e9 au po\u00e8te persan <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/tajikistan\/tajik-culture\/rudaki\/\">Roudaki<\/a>, et le monument d\u2019Ismail Somoni. <\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9part de Douchanb\u00e9, vous roulerez via Romit jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Rufigar, puis marcherez jusqu\u2019au pied du col de Khoki. Apr\u00e8s avoir franchi le col, vous descendrez vers Kiryonte (2 600 m) et longerez la <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/tajikistan\/destinations-tj\/yagnob-valley\/\">vall\u00e9e de Yagnob<\/a> \u00e0 travers les villages de Piskon, Garmen, Kul et Nometkon, avec des nuits chez l\u2019habitant ou sous tente. Une journ\u00e9e de marche entre les villages de Kashe et Tagichinor vous permettra de d\u00e9couvrir le mode de vie de ce coin recul\u00e9 du Tadjikistan, avec un pique-nique \u00e0 midi chaque jour de trek.
