Il est bord\u00e9 au nord par la r\u00e9gion de Jumgal <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/kirghizistan\/destinations-au-kirghizstan\/naryn\/\">Naryn<\/a>, \u00e0 l&rsquo;est par le district d&rsquo;Aktalaa, \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouest par le district de <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/toktogul\/\">Toktogul<\/a> de la r\u00e9gion de <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/kirghizistan\/destinations-au-kirghizstan\/jalalabad\/\">Jalal-Abad<\/a> et au sud par le district d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/kirghizistan\/destinations-au-kirghizstan\/osh\/uzgen\/\">Uzgen<\/a> de la r\u00e9gion d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/kirghizistan\/destinations-au-kirghizstan\/osh\/\">Osh<\/a>. Le district de Toguz Toro comprend plusieurs villages tels que Aral, Atai, Karl Marx, Birdik, Chet-Bulak, Makmal, Lenin, Kosh-Bulak, Dodomol, Ornok, Kara-Suu, Tabylgyty et Kazarman, qui est le centre r\u00e9gional du district de Toguz-Toro.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-fe6bdd5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"fe6bdd5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-05b685b\" data-id=\"05b685b\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c2717e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c2717e0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Kazarman a la r\u00e9putation d&rsquo;\u00eatre une ville mini\u00e8re difficile en raison de la mine d&rsquo;or \u00e0 ciel ouvert de Makmal. Cependant, la mine n&rsquo;offre plus de possibilit\u00e9s d&#8217;emploi et la ville souffre donc des probl\u00e8mes habituels li\u00e9s \u00e0 un taux de ch\u00f4mage \u00e9lev\u00e9, tous les jeunes ayant quitt\u00e9 la ville. Bien que Kazarman soit relativement basse en altitude, \u00e0 seulement 1230 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer comme Naryn, elle souffre d&rsquo;un climat extr\u00eame avec des \u00e9t\u00e9s chauds et secs et des hivers extr\u00eamement froids.  <\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Jusqu&rsquo;en 1916, le village s&rsquo;appelait Ak-Chiy, puis Koen - Tokoy. Au XXe si\u00e8cle, une soixantaine de soldats de la Russie tsariste se sont install\u00e9s \u00e0 cet endroit et ont appel\u00e9 leur lieu de r\u00e9sidence Barracks (casernes). Les habitants de la r\u00e9gion ont \u00e9galement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 appeler cet endroit Kazarman. La r\u00e9gion est donc tr\u00e8s attrayante pour la randonn\u00e9e, mais en raison du climat, elle n&rsquo;est possible qu&rsquo;en juillet et en ao\u00fbt, car pendant les autres p\u00e9riodes de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, les collines et les montagnes sont toutes recouvertes d&rsquo;une \u00e9paisse couche de neige ou offrent de mauvaises conditions de randonn\u00e9e.  <span style=\"font-size: 16px; Le village de Kazarman   <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"> Dans le pass\u00e9, <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;\" href=\"https:\/\/rus.azattyq.org\/a\/kazarman-airport_okt_2018_\/29543887.html\">l&rsquo;a\u00e9roport<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"> \u00e9tait utile pendant les hivers, mais il ne fonctionne plus depuis quelques ann\u00e9es. <\/span>Vous pouvez vous rendre \u00e0 Kazarman depuis <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/kirghizistan\/destinations-au-kirghizstan\/jalalabad\/\">Jalal-Abad<\/a> en passant par le col de Toguz Toro, qui n&rsquo;est ouvert qu&rsquo;entre juin et ao\u00fbt, ou depuis <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/kirghizistan\/destinations-au-kirghizstan\/naryn\/\">Naryn<\/a>. La nouvelle autoroute Nord-Sud, en cours d&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement, permettra un acc\u00e8s tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e et devrait \u00eatre pr\u00eate d&rsquo;ici
