Elle est la premi\u00e8re d&rsquo;Asie centrale et compte parmi les plus grands ouvrages grandioses et magnifiques du monde islamique. Registan se traduit par \u00ab\u00a0Place sablonneuse\u00a0\u00bb et les l\u00e9gendes disent que le sol y \u00e9tait recouvert de sable afin d&rsquo;absorber le sang des victimes des ex\u00e9cutions publiques, qui auraient eu lieu \u00e0 cet endroit jusqu&rsquo;au 20e si\u00e8cle.  <\/p><p>Une autre l\u00e9gende raconte que le Registan \u00e9tait l&rsquo;endroit o\u00f9 <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/ouzbekistan\/culture-ouzbeke\/le-peuple-ouzbek\/timur\/\">Tamerlane<\/a> pr\u00e9sentait les t\u00eates de ses victimes, qui \u00e9taient empal\u00e9es sur des \u00e9pingles, ainsi que l&rsquo;endroit o\u00f9 le peuple se rassemblait pour \u00e9couter les d\u00e9crets royaux, qui \u00e9taient annonc\u00e9s avec les fanfares des <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/ouzbekistan\/culture-ouzbeke\/musique-ouzbeke\/\">tuyaux de cuivre bruyamment tromp\u00e9s<\/a> (probablement similaires \u00e0 ce que vous voyez parfois de nos jours avec les p\u00e8lerins qui reviennent en Ouzb\u00e9kistan). La caract\u00e9ristique unique de cette place est la pr\u00e9sence de trois madrasas g\u00e9antes datant des 15e et 17e si\u00e8cles, qui sont toutes de magnifiques monuments de l&rsquo;architecture orientale. C&rsquo;est pour cette raison que le Registan est inclus dans la liste des sites arch\u00e9ologiques de l&rsquo;UNESCO.  &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/whc.unesco.org\/en\/list\/603\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Liste du patrimoine mondial de l&rsquo;UNESCO<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le Registan s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine autour de la tombe du saint Imam Muhammad ibn Djafar (IXe si\u00e8cle), mais au XIVe si\u00e8cle, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait aussi le c\u0153ur commercial de la ville. Six routes traversaient la place, qui \u00e9tait directement reli\u00e9e \u00e0 la citadelle de Timur. Ces trois grandes structures comptent parmi les plus anciennes madrassas pr\u00e9serv\u00e9es au monde, les plus anciennes ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9truites par Gengis Khan. Elles ont \u00e9galement subi les cons\u00e9quences des fr\u00e9quents tremblements de terre qui se produisent dans la r\u00e9gion, mais elles sont toujours debout et t\u00e9moignent de l&rsquo;incroyable savoir-faire de leurs b\u00e2tisseurs et de l&rsquo;ampleur des efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour construire ces magnifiques \u00e9difices.   &nbsp;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">B\u00e2timents du Registan<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e0caa5a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e0caa5a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les trois b\u00e2timents principaux du Registan sont des madrassas, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire des universit\u00e9s ou des coll\u00e8ges islamiques. En Asie centrale, les madrassas ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un portail \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec deux minarets hauts sur les bords et un d\u00f4me azur au sommet. \u00c0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, on trouve g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement deux niveaux de hujras (chambres pour les \u00e9tudiants) qui entourent la cour plac\u00e9e au milieu et vers laquelle s&rsquo;ouvrent les chambres.  &nbsp;<\/p><p>Au fond de la cour, on trouve g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des b\u00e2timents plus petits sous des d\u00f4mes - le plus souvent une mosqu\u00e9e et une biblioth\u00e8que \/ salle de conf\u00e9rence. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, la plupart des hujras situ\u00e9es au premier \u00e9tage des madrasas du Registan sont occup\u00e9es par des boutiques de souvenirs et des <span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">r\u00e9ceptions officielles, des concerts ou des spectacles de musique et de lumi\u00e8re sont organis\u00e9s pour les touristes dans les cours.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Madrasah Registan Ulug-Beg<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-26e6026 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"26e6026\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>De 1417 \u00e0 1420, le petit-fils de Timur, Ulugbeg, a construit une magnifique madrassah sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 ouest de la place, qui est la plus ancienne construction du registan. Alors que son grand-p\u00e8re est connu pour ses mosqu\u00e9es monumentales et ses mausol\u00e9es, l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage d&rsquo;Ulugbeg est surtout \u00e9ducatif.   <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ulugbek y enseignait lui-m\u00eame les math\u00e9matiques, ainsi que la th\u00e9ologie, l&rsquo;astronomie et la philosophie. Outre cette madrassa, Ulugbeg a \u00e9galement construit des madrassas \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/ouzbekistan\/destinations-en-ouzbekistan\/boukhara\/\">Boukhara<\/a> et \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/ouzbekistan\/destinations-en-ouzbekistan\/gijduvon\/\">Gijdovan<\/a>. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">La madrassa occupe une surface de 56 m sur 81 m et est construite autour d&rsquo;une grande cour ouverte. Sous les petites coupoles d&rsquo;angle se trouvent des salles de cours et, \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re, une grande mosqu\u00e9e avec un bel int\u00e9rieur et une salle d&rsquo;enseignement aust\u00e8re sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9. Le panneau orn\u00e9 au-dessus de l&rsquo;arche repr\u00e9sente un ciel symbolique avec des \u00e9toiles \u00e0 cinq et dix pointes. La madrassa d&rsquo;Ulugbeg disposait d&rsquo;une plate-forme d&rsquo;observation astronomique avant la construction de l&rsquo;observatoire d&rsquo;Ulugbeg \u00e0 Samarkand et comptait cinquante cellules pour cent \u00e9tudiants.     <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Le cheikh Khodja Akhrar et le po\u00e8te Djami figurent parmi les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s les plus remarquables de cette madrassa. Au XXe si\u00e8cle, les minarets nord-est et sud-est ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9par\u00e9s, de nouvelles coupoles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9es et l&rsquo;arc du portail et le tympan (d\u00e9coration sous l&rsquo;arc) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 restaur\u00e9s. Ulug Beg \u00e9tait un \u00e9minent intellectuel qui, malheureusement pour son empire en d\u00e9clin, consacrait plus de temps aux math\u00e9matiques et aux sciences qu&rsquo;aux affaires de son Sher-Dor<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b282d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4b282d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En face de la madrassa d&rsquo;Ulug Beg se trouve la  <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La madrasa de Sher-Dor, construite entre 1619 et 1636, rappelle le style de la madrasa d&rsquo;Ulugbeg. Le souverain de Samarcande, Yalangtush Bakhodur, ordonna la construction des madrasas de Sher-Dor et de Tillya-Kori. La madrasa Sher-Dor (ayant des tigres) a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue par l&rsquo;architecte Abdujabor. La d\u00e9coration de la madrasa n&rsquo;est pas aussi pure que celle de la madrasa Ulugh Beg du XVe si\u00e8cle, qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;\u00e2ge d&rsquo;or\u00a0\u00bb de l&rsquo;architecture timouride de Samarcande.     <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Pourtant, l&rsquo;harmonie entre les grandes et les petites pi\u00e8ces, le d\u00e9cor de mosa\u00efques exquises, la monumentalit\u00e9 et la sym\u00e9trie efficace sont tous pr\u00e9sents dans ce b\u00e2timent qui compte sans aucun doute parmi les plus beaux monuments architecturaux de Samarcande. Il a fallu 17 ans pour le construire, mais il n&rsquo;a pas tenu aussi bien que la Ulugbek Medressa, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite en seulement trois ans. Ses architectes se sont efforc\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9galer la premi\u00e8re en termes d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle et de noblesse, bien que la prohibition coranique de la sym\u00e9trie interdise une image miroir exacte.  <\/span><\/p><p>Des d\u00f4mes nervur\u00e9s sur de hautes tours s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8vent au-dessus de la fa\u00e7ade \u00e0 deux \u00e9tages sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s du portail avant. Des inscriptions islamiques, des ornements g\u00e9om\u00e9triques et floraux d\u00e9corent l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Les tympans de l&rsquo;arc du portail sont d&rsquo;un<span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">grand int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la madrasa de Sher Dor.<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">. Ils sont d\u00e9cor\u00e9s d&rsquo;une repr\u00e9sentation anthropomorphique du soleil et du tigre attaquant un daim, ce qui correspond bien au nom de la madrasa. Ce motif, qui avait presque disparu au milieu du XXe si\u00e8cle, a \u00e9t\u00e9 restaur\u00e9. d&rsquo;or), achev\u00e9e en 1660, avec une agr\u00e9able cour int\u00e9rieure ressemblant \u00e0 un jardin.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Tilla-Kari <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Madrassah<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"> est apparue \u00e0 l&#8217;emplacement de l&rsquo;ancien caravans\u00e9rail du Registan. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Pour inclure la place dans une harmonie agr\u00e9able, Yalangtush a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 ses architectes d&rsquo;\u00e9tirer les fa\u00e7ades de la troisi\u00e8me madrassa jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 75 m\u00e8tres. <\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas seulement un coll\u00e8ge r\u00e9sidentiel pour les \u00e9tudiants, mais il jouait aussi le r\u00f4le de grand masjid (mosqu\u00e9e). D&rsquo;autres techniques de d\u00e9coration ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es : la mosa\u00efque et la majolique avec des ornements floraux et g\u00e9om\u00e9triques. Les dorures les plus riches de la coupole, des murs et du mihrab surpassent celles de tous les autres \u00e9difices c\u00e9l\u00e8bres d&rsquo;Asie centrale. La coupole de la mosqu\u00e9e est rest\u00e9e inachev\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;au 20e si\u00e8cle et, en m\u00eame temps, sa fa\u00e7ade d\u00e9fra\u00eechie a \u00e9t\u00e9 restaur\u00e9e. Une mosqu\u00e9e \u00e0 coupole a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite dans la partie ouest de la cour. Il rappelle d&rsquo;ailleurs beaucoup les <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/ouzbekistan\/destinations-en-ouzbekistan\/boukhara\/domes-commerciaux-de-boukhara\/\">d\u00f4mes commerciaux de Boukhara<\/a>.
