Shakh i Zinda refl\u00e8te toutes les \u00e9tapes historiques du d\u00e9veloppement de la ville et est un monument religieux extr\u00eamement populaire o\u00f9 les p\u00e8lerins du monde entier viennent se recueillir. Ses mausol\u00e9es et ses tombes sont inscrits sur <a href=\"https:\/\/en.unesco.org\/silkroad\/photo-bank\/samarkand-shah-i-zinda\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">la liste du patrimoine culturel de l&rsquo;UNESCO<\/a>. Shah i Zinda est le point fort de plusieurs de nos <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/ouzbekistan\/voyages-en-ouzbekistan\/\">circuits en Ouzb\u00e9kistan<\/a>.  <\/p><p>Aux XIVe et XVe si\u00e8cles, elle est devenue un terrain d&rsquo;essai architectural et la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de l&rsquo;art de la c\u00e9ramique, sans \u00e9quivalent en Asie centrale, a fait de cette rue des morts le spectacle le plus impressionnant d&rsquo;une ville o\u00f9 les superlatifs n&rsquo;ont pas cours. Ce fut d&rsquo;abord un temple zoroastrien, mais il fut d\u00e9truit et converti en mosqu\u00e9e peu apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;invasion arabe. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59a98b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"59a98b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Histoire de Shah-i-Zinda<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b05f80a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b05f80a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;origine de la n\u00e9cropole Shahi-Zinda, situ\u00e9e sur le flanc de la colline d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/uzbekistan\/destinations-uz\/samarkand\/afrasiyab\/\">Afrasiab<\/a>, est li\u00e9e \u00e0 Kusam ibn Abbas et est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme sa tombe. Kusam ibn Abbas est un cousin du proph\u00e8te Mahomet qui aurait introduit l&rsquo;islam dans cette r\u00e9gion au VIIe si\u00e8cle. <span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">La l\u00e9gende fait remonter son histoire \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 676, lorsque Kussam-ibn-Abbas est arriv\u00e9 pour convertir la Sogdiane <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/zoroastrisme\/\">zoroastrienne<\/a> \u00e0 l&rsquo;islam. <\/span>  <\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Le succ\u00e8s de sa pr\u00e9dication a incit\u00e9 une bande d&rsquo;adorateurs du feu \u00e0 le d\u00e9capiter alors qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait en train de prier. Il semble que les Arabes aient cr\u00e9\u00e9 Kussam, qui n&rsquo;a probablement jamais vu Samarcande, pour remplacer le culte de Shahi-Zinda (le roi vivant) en transformant ce souverain mythique pr\u00e9islamique, peut-\u00eatre Afrosiab lui-m\u00eame, en quelque chose qui r\u00e8gne au-del\u00e0 de la mort, sous la terre.   <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Un m\u00e9morial \u00e0 Kusam existait ici, \u00e0 la lisi\u00e8re d&rsquo;Afrosiab, bien avant que les Mongols ne l&rsquo;explorent au XIIIe si\u00e8cle.  <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-bf9a7ae elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"bf9a7ae\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-95c53c7\" data-id=\"95c53c7\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5c24ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d5c24ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Le Shah-i-Zinda a pris sa forme actuelle au XIVe si\u00e8cle, lorsque Timur, puis Ulugbek, ont enterr\u00e9 leur famille et leurs favoris pr\u00e8s du Roi vivant. Les fouilles du mausol\u00e9e de Kusam ibn Abbas ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un corps \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur (celui d&rsquo;un homme d&rsquo;\u00e2ge moyen), mais son identit\u00e9 exacte est inconnue.   <\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;aristocratie timouride a poursuivi la tradition en construisant des mausol\u00e9es \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du site sacr\u00e9, souvent sur des vestiges ant\u00e9rieurs. Ces \u0153uvres repr\u00e9sentent la richesse originelle de l&#8217;empire dans une harmonie remarquable. Leur taille modeste permet une intimit\u00e9 impossible \u00e0 obtenir dans des projets plus grandioses.    <\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Les tombes les plus anciennes sont celles du nord du site, qui datent du deuxi\u00e8me quart du XIVe si\u00e8cle, lorsque le site a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis en valeur apr\u00e8s la mise \u00e0 sac de la ville par les Mongols. Les tombes bleues font partie de la n\u00e9cropole construite pour les femmes de la famille de Timur. Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance de l&rsquo;Ouzb\u00e9kistan, le complexe a rendu son caract\u00e8re sacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la rue, les saints hommes \u00e0 ses mosqu\u00e9es et les p\u00e8lerins \u00e0 ses tombes. La mosqu\u00e9e actuelle date de 1854 et poss\u00e8de des plafonds et des pl\u00e2tres tr\u00e8s finement peints.    <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0322e2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0322e2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Tombes et mausol\u00e9es de Shah i Zinda<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56acd8a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56acd8a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Les tombes les plus attrayantes de Shah i Zinda sont celles de la ni\u00e8ce de Timur, Shadi Mulk Oko (1372) et de sa s\u0153ur, Shirin Bek Ata (1386), dont la d\u00e9coration comprend une citation de Socrate. Cette tombe est situ\u00e9e au deuxi\u00e8me rang \u00e0 gauche apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;escalier d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e.   <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Le travail exquis de la majolique et de la terre cuite - remarquez l&rsquo;espace minuscule entre les carreaux - \u00e9tait d&rsquo;une qualit\u00e9 si exceptionnelle qu&rsquo;il ne m\u00e9ritait pratiquement aucune restauration.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le groupe central de tombes date des ann\u00e9es 1380 et 1390 et est construit sur une madrassa plus ancienne (11\u00e8me si\u00e8cle). Remarquez la tombe \u00e0 16 c\u00f4t\u00e9s d&rsquo;Amir Burunduk, le mausol\u00e9e octogonal l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus r\u00e9cent construit par Ulug Beg, et le glorieux mausol\u00e9e d&rsquo;Alim Nesefi avec ses carreaux de majolique en relief, ses \u00e9toiles \u00e0 huit branches et les noms inscrits des 12 imams chiites.   <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le dernier groupe de tombes se trouve au sud du site. Elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construites \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque d&rsquo;Ulug Beg et comprennent la tombe de la nourrice de Timur.   <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Des fouilles ont montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il y avait \u00e9galement un bain m\u00e9di\u00e9val \u00e0 cet endroit.
