En langue kirghize, Issyk signifie \u00ab\u00a0chaud\u00a0\u00bb et Ata \u00ab\u00a0p\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb. L&rsquo;endroit est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour son sanatorium de l&rsquo;\u00e8re sovi\u00e9tique, l&rsquo;un des plus anciens d&rsquo;Asie centrale, qui fonctionne depuis 1895. Le sanatorium est install\u00e9 parmi les \u00e9pic\u00e9as de Tian-Shan et les herbes alpines, \u00e0 1 775 m d&rsquo;altitude, pr\u00e8s de la tumultueuse rivi\u00e8re Issyk-Ata. Le nom \u00ab\u00a0Issyk-Ata\u00a0\u00bb vient de la rivi\u00e8re, qui d\u00e9verse des eaux fra\u00eeches dans la gorge en direction de la vall\u00e9e de Chuy. Issyk-Ata n&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas inclus dans nos circuits au Kirghizstan, mais il peut facilement l&rsquo;\u00eatre et c&rsquo;est un endroit agr\u00e9able \u00e0 visiter pour les amateurs de <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/central-asia-guide\/sources-chaudes-dasie-centrale\/\">sources d&rsquo;eau chaude<\/a> ou pour ceux qui sont int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par les randonn\u00e9es vers les <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/fr\/central-asia-guide\/chutes-deau-dasie-centrale\/\">chutes d&rsquo;eau<\/a>. data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pour les premiers visiteurs, le sanatorium semble abandonn\u00e9 et donne l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre revenu \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque sovi\u00e9tique avec des b\u00e2timents \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 en ruine et \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 en \u00e9tat de marche et des statues de L\u00e9nine entour\u00e9es de marques \u00e9toil\u00e9es, un v\u00e9ritable parc de reliques sovi\u00e9tiques. Il y a \u00e9galement une nouvelle piscine ext\u00e9rieure plus petite de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la rivi\u00e8re, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d&rsquo;un nouvel h\u00f4tel. L&rsquo;h\u00f4tel sert principalement aux patients du sanatorium, leur offrant une certaine intimit\u00e9 pendant qu&rsquo;ils re\u00e7oivent les traitements du sanatorium. Les piscines sont ouvertes \u00e0 tous les visiteurs et co\u00fbtent environ 200 soms par personne.     <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">La piscine est assez agr\u00e9able mais les vestiaires ne sont pas chauff\u00e9s et il peut donc faire un peu froid en hiver apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 un peu de temps dans l&rsquo;eau chaude. Nous vous recommandons tout de m\u00eame d&rsquo;essayer la piscine, surtout en hiver, lorsque vous pourrez profiter de l&rsquo;eau chaude combin\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;air frais de la montagne. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d85cda elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"3d85cda\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08a50ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"08a50ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Sources thermales d'Issyk-Ata<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6669842 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6669842\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>On dit que l&rsquo;eau cristalline a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s curatives magiques malgr\u00e9 son go\u00fbt et son odeur sulfureux. Le sanatorium est toujours populaire parmi les personnes d&rsquo;\u00e2ge moyen de la r\u00e9gion qui y viennent pour se refaire une sant\u00e9. De nombreux programmes de traitement sont encore en vigueur, s&rsquo;appuyant sur l&rsquo;eau thermale hydro-sod\u00e9e et la boue de tourbe riche en nutriments.    <\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Ces sources min\u00e9rales g\u00e9othermiques sont cens\u00e9es contenir toutes sortes de pouvoirs magiques de gu\u00e9rison et sont r\u00e9put\u00e9es pour pouvoir gu\u00e9rir de nombreuses maladies. Ce pouvoir a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert par les anciens. Dans la r\u00e9gion d&rsquo;Issyk-Ata, il existe une image de Bouddha gu\u00e9risseur cr\u00e9\u00e9e dans la pierre, datant de la p\u00e9riode du IIe au VIIe si\u00e8cle. Il existe cent trente sources d&rsquo;eau min\u00e9rale, dont la moiti\u00e9 ont une temp\u00e9rature constante de 38 \u00e0 50 degr\u00e9s Celsius. La source la plus importante et la plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre se trouve pr\u00e8s du rocher du Bouddha. Elle produit huit litres d&rsquo;eau par seconde \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 54,5 degr\u00e9s tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Vous pouvez pique-niquer et profiter de la nature en montant le long de la rivi\u00e8re qui coule rapidement. Un petit sentier m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re et plus proche chute d&rsquo;eau, d&rsquo;une hauteur de 8 m (2100 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer), \u00e0 environ 2 km du sanatorium. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une destination populaire visit\u00e9e par les touristes, les patients et les clients du centre de vill\u00e9giature. Les m\u00eames sentiers vont beaucoup plus loin que la cascade, sur au moins 10 kilom\u00e8tres si vous avez le temps et vous sentez plus aventureux.       <\/p><p>Les collines des gorges sont couvertes de for\u00eats et de p\u00e2turages, o\u00f9 poussent des gen\u00e9vriers, des sorbiers et divers arbustes. Veillez \u00e0 vous habiller correctement, car la piste peut \u00eatre un peu intense, surtout au printemps, lorsque la neige n&rsquo;a pas encore fondu. Le temps peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre totalement diff\u00e9rent de celui de <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/kyrgyzstan\/destinations-kg\/bishkek\/\">Bichkek<\/a> et se transformer rapidement en orages dans les montagnes. L&rsquo;itin\u00e9raire du sud traverse les villages et les collines et offre des vues magnifiques. Les chauffeurs de taxi locaux connaissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ce chemin. Nous vous recommandons de le demander, surtout au printemps et au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9, car la r\u00e9gion est alors tr\u00e8s verte. La deuxi\u00e8me route, celle du nord, passe par la vall\u00e9e de Chui et par Kant. Sur le chemin, vous pouvez voir beaucoup d&rsquo;agriculture kirghize et la route est un peu meilleure. Vous trouverez des marshrutka \u00e0 la gare routi\u00e8re orientale de Bichkek.    <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La route est assez sinueuse et traverse plusieurs villages de la vall\u00e9e de Chuy. Vous atteindrez Issyk-Ata en moins de deux heures. Les marshrutka partent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de la gare routi\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Est \u00e0 Bichkek, de 8h30 \u00e0 18h00. Argentov et le chimiste H. Teich.   <\/p><p>Plus tard, en 1918, la Croix-Rouge construisit deux petits b\u00e2timents : un foyer pour les patients et un b\u00e2timent avec 12 bains. Entre 1919 et 1931, la station passa fr\u00e9quemment d&rsquo;un d\u00e9partement \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre et personne ne s&rsquo;en occupa. Le d\u00e9veloppement actif a commenc\u00e9 en 1931 par l&rsquo;Union sovi\u00e9tique pour les travailleurs, tandis qu&rsquo;il a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;administration des sanatoriums kirghizes de la R\u00e9publique socialiste sovi\u00e9tique de Kirghizie. data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>De nombreux soldats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 gu\u00e9ris et renvoy\u00e9s \u00e0 la guerre, mais certains sont rest\u00e9s \u00e0 jamais dans la fosse commune, plac\u00e9e sur une colline au-dessus de la salle \u00e0 manger. Jusqu&rsquo;en 1957, le centre \u00e9tait saisonnier et pr\u00e9vu pour 200 personnes, mais avec la reconstruction d&rsquo;un nouveau campus d&rsquo;h\u00e9bergement, les sanatoriums pouvaient accueillir 100 personnes de plus et fonctionnaient toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.   <\/p><p>Entre 1957 et 1982, la station a construit un dortoir de trois \u00e9tages pour 117 personnes, une polyclinique de trois \u00e9tages avec toutes les pi\u00e8ces n\u00e9cessaires pour accueillir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 400 visiteurs, un b\u00e2timent de deux \u00e9tages pour les bains de boue pouvant accueillir 20 bains et 14 lits de boue avec des salles d&rsquo;hydropathie et de gyn\u00e9cologie, un nouveau b\u00e2timent culturel avec un auditorium de 400 places, une biblioth\u00e8que et une salle de billard. Le sanatorium d&rsquo;Issyk-Ata \u00e9tait un centre de traitement important pour les maladies osseuses et musculaires, les cas gyn\u00e9cologiques \u00e9sot\u00e9riques et les maladies dues aux radiations qui ont suivi la catastrophe de Tchernobyl. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, la station a une capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;accueil de 800 personnes.
