Le parlement du pays a adopt\u00e9 la loi le 10 septembre 2025 et le pr\u00e9sident Sadyr Japarov l&rsquo;a sign\u00e9e une semaine plus tard.   <\/p><p>Selon la loi, le changement de nom vise \u00e0 renforcer l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 nationale en honorant <strong>Manas<\/strong>, le l\u00e9gendaire h\u00e9ros populaire qui a d\u00e9fendu le peuple kirghize. La loi entrera en vigueur dix jours apr\u00e8s sa publication officielle.   <\/p><p>L&rsquo;initiative viendrait des habitants et des dirigeants de la ville, et le co\u00fbt est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 environ <strong>15 millions de soms kirghizes<\/strong>, qui seront couverts par le budget de la ville.
