L&#8217;oasi di Dekhistan \u00e8 il sito archeologico pi\u00f9 significativo della regione balcanica, occupato per circa 3.000 anni dalla fine del III millennio a.C. fino agli inizi del XV secolo. Dal IX secolo, la sua capitale Misrian, che comprendeva un&#8217;area di circa 200 ettari, era sostenuta da un esteso sistema di irrigazione. Misrian raggiunse il suo massimo splendore sotto i Khorezmshah, quando era un importante snodo lungo la Via della Seta che da <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/it\/destinazioni-delluzbekistan\/khiva\/khorezm\/\">Khorezm<\/a> portava alla regione caspica dell&#8217;Iran settentrionale e alla penisola arabica. Misrian fu saccheggiata dai Mongoli ma riusc\u00ec a ristabilirsi, per poi essere abbandonata del tutto all&#8217;inizio del XV secolo, forse a causa del declino del suo sistema di irrigazione o forse a causa dell&#8217;eccessivo disboscamento delle vicine pendici delle montagne Kopet Dag.      <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Gli esperti dimostrano che la regione ha subito una catastrofe ecologica nel XV secolo.  <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le foreste del Kopet Dag, a est, sono state sfruttate per secoli fino a quando, per qualche motivo, l&#8217;approvvigionamento idrico \u00e8 venuto meno e i pendii ben irrigati si sono trasformati in un paesaggio lunare arido e profondamente eroso che ancora oggi domina la regione.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4fd87c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4fd87c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Gli scavi iniziali hanno anche rivelato i resti di diverse caravanserragli che un tempo servivano i commercianti della Via della Seta, a testimonianza del valore delle rotte commerciali su cui sorgeva Misriano. L&#8217;intero sito \u00e8 disseminato di porcellane, monete e altri frammenti di vita all&#8217;epoca del crollo della citt\u00e0. Gran parte della citt\u00e0 \u00e8 sepolta da sabbia, argilla e fango con grumi simili a dune, mentre le mura della citt\u00e0 sono state ridotte a giganteschi cigli che circondano il sito. All&#8217;interno della cittadella, una piccola sezione della citt\u00e0 \u00e8 stata scavata e restaurata, rivelando quella che si pensa fosse una madrassa.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-602f5a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"602f5a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c3782f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0c3782f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Moschea del Khorezmshah Mohammed<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e02bd6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0e02bd6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La citt\u00e0 di Misriano era protetta da una doppia fila di mura, punteggiate da torri semicircolari. All&#8217;interno di queste mura sono sopravvissuti solo pochi monumenti. Uno dei pi\u00f9 interessanti \u00e8 costituito dai due lati del portale della Moschea del Khorezmshah Mohammed. Queste colonne binate, che raggiungono un&#8217;altezza di 18 metri, sono splendidamente decorate con mattoni e smalti turchesi in raffinati disegni geometrici e floreali, con lavori calligrafici che identificano i nomi degli architetti e dei Khorezmshah, che regnarono all&#8217;inizio del XIII secolo.     <\/p><p>L&#8217;area intorno alla moschea \u00e8 stata scavata e restaurata, con numerose basi di colonne in mattoni cotti sia nella moschea che nel cortile antistante. Una cosa un po&#8217; bizzarra, al centro del cortile, \u00e8 la presenza di tre alberi sempreverdi, circondati da una recinzione metallica con un&#8217;iscrizione che dice che gli alberi sono stati piantati nel 1993 su indicazione del presidente.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a9f3d04 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"a9f3d04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1198046 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1198046\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Minareti del Dekhistan<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-28177c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"28177c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"background: transparent; color: #0e101a; font-size: 16px; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Nell&#8217;angolo del cortile si trovano i resti di un minareto<\/span><strong style=\"background: transparent; color: #0e101a; font-size: 16px; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"> <\/strong><span style=\"background: transparent; color: #0e101a; font-size: 16px; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">che raggiunge un&#8217;altezza di circa 20 metri e un diametro di 7 metri alla base. <\/span><span style=\"background: transparent; color: #0e101a; font-size: 16px; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Questo minareto sembra un anatroccolo se confrontato con il minareto di Abud-Jafar Ahmed,<\/span><strong style=\"background: transparent; color: #0e101a; font-size: 16px; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"> <\/strong><span style=\"background: transparent; color: #0e101a; font-size: 16px; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">che si trova a circa 120 metri di distanza ed \u00e8 conservato a un&#8217;altezza simile. <\/span><span style=\"background: transparent; color: #0e101a; font-size: 16px; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">\u00c8 possibile scalare entrambi i minareti per avere una buona vista sulla pianta della citt\u00e0, anche se potrebbe essere un&#8217;esperienza impegnativa per la guida.<\/span><br><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-767e0f1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"767e0f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-679c131 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"679c131\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Minareto Abdul-Jafar Ahmed<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a9fbc6b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a9fbc6b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">I punti salienti di questo minareto sono due anelli di iscrizioni arabe e un terzo anello pi\u00f9 alto che presenta piacevoli disegni geometrici, oltre a una scala a chiocciola che sale all&#8217;interno della struttura. Le iscrizioni confermano che questo minareto \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 antico di quello della Moschea di Khorezmshah Mohammed e fu costruito all&#8217;inizio dell&#8217;XI secolo su progetto di un architetto chiamato Abu Bini Ziyad. Un canale scavato dagli archeologi nelle vicinanze ha portato alla luce un pozzo in mattoni cotti. Una quantit\u00e0 macabra di ossa fuoriesce dalle pareti principali.   <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b2925d elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"9b2925d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-05f692c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"05f692c\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-b03f610\" data-id=\"b03f610\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e76deea elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e76deea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Moschea-Mausoleo di Shir Kabir<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6140ea6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6140ea6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #0e101a;\">Il monumento pi\u00f9 imponente di Mashat si trova su un tumulo, al di fuori della linea dei mausolei. Si tratta della Moschea-Mausoleo di Shir Kabir, risalente al IX o X secolo, che la rende la pi\u00f9 antica moschea sopravvissuta in Turkmenistan, sebbene sia stata restaurata e ampliata pi\u00f9 volte. Il suo interno \u00e8 a pianta quadrata con un tetto a cupola. Ci sono tre nicchie in ogni parete, con il mihrab al centro della parete meridionale. Si tratta di un bellissimo elemento che comprende tre nicchie ad arco, una dentro l&#8217;altra.      <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #0e101a;\">\u00c8 intricatamente scolpito con iscrizioni arabe e disegni floreali vorticosi. Il mihrab \u00e8 stato chiuso con delle tavole per proteggerlo, ma le fessure tra le tavole offrono una visione ragionevolmente buona della decorazione. Un pannello intagliato nella nicchia centrale della parete orientale \u00e8 un altro tripudio di iscrizioni e disegni geometrici. Al di sopra di questa linea inferiore di nicchie e immediatamente sotto la cupola, c&#8217;\u00e8 un arco con quattro riquadri, separati da nicchie. L&#8217;interno dell&#8217;edificio \u00e8 pieno di pali dell&#8217;impalcatura, da cui pendono strisce di stoffa che indicano i desideri espressi nel sito. Sono notevolmente deteriorati rispetto alle fotografie scattate nel sito durante il periodo sovietico.
