Solo tre dei 16 monumenti originali dell&#8217;insieme Shaihantaur sono sopravvissuti, poich\u00e9 gli altri sono stati distrutti dai terremoti e dalla pianificazione sovietica. font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Il primo mausoleo del complesso appartiene allo stesso Sheikhantaur, un santo sufi locale nato alla fine del XIII secolo e considerato un discendente del califfo Rashidun Umar. Fu ammesso nell&#8217;ordine di Khoja Ahmed Yasawi e divenne un famoso santone locale a Tashkent fino alla sua morte, avvenuta intorno al 1360. La sua tomba, sebbene pesantemente restaurata, risale all&#8217;incirca a quell&#8217;epoca. La costruzione del mausoleo fu ordinata dallo stesso <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/uzbekistan\/uzbek-culture\/uzbek-people\/timur\/\">Amir Timur<\/a>, che ordin\u00f2 anche la costruzione del mausoleo di Yasawi in <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/kazakhstan\/destinations-kz\/turkistan\/\">Turkistan<\/a>. Il mausoleo Sheikhantaur \u00e8 stato restaurato nel XIX secolo dopo che aveva sofferto molto a causa delle precipitazioni. La tomba \u00e8 unica per il suo tetto turchese che \u00e8 dodecaedrico (a 12 lati) all&#8217;esterno ma a cupola all&#8217;interno. La camera funeraria presenta imponenti porte in legno intagliato e profonde nicchie decorate con sculture simili a stalattiti.    <\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Il mausoleo ha un significato particolare per i kazaki, in quanto \u00e8 anche l&#8217;ultimo luogo di riposo di Tole Bi, un venerato giudice saggio e difensore delle terre kazake contro le invasioni straniere. Egli govern\u00f2 Tashkent nei suoi ultimi anni di vita e fu sepolto qui alla fine del XVIII secolo. Era conosciuto come Kaldirgach Bey, Karlygash Bi in lingua kazaka, che si traduce come il giudice rondine. Questo edificio con una rara khanaka a forma di T con un alto revak in cima alla facciata \u00e8 stato restaurato pi\u00f9 volte. Yunus era un discendente di Gengis Khan, nonno di <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/uzbekistan\/uzbek-culture\/uzbek-people\/babur\/\">Babur<\/a> e un tempo sovrano di Tashkent e khan del Mogulistan occidentale. Nel 1485, risolse una disputa tra Timuridi prendendo Tashkent per s\u00e9. Dopo la sua morte, avvenuta nel 1487, suo figlio costru\u00ec questo monumento commemorativo con cupola e portale a due piani in cima a un antico tempio <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/central-asia-guide\/zoroastrianism\/\">zoroastriano<\/a>.
