La carne ha sempre dominato i pasti principali, con montone e cavallo, insieme a numerosi prodotti lattiero-caseari. I metodi di preparazione del cibo della cultura nomade si sono sviluppati essenzialmente per garantire la conservazione degli alimenti. Per questo motivo, esistono molti piatti a base di carne affumicata e latte inacidito.     <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #0e101a; background-color: transparent;\">Non c&#8217;era quasi nessuna possibilit\u00e0 di coltivare ortaggi, ma era possibile scambiare alcune cose con le nazioni vicine.  <\/span><span style=\"color: #0e101a; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">I cibi principali della cucina kazaka si basano ancora sulla combinazione di pasta di carne e cipolla.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"background: transparent; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #0e101a; background-color: transparent;\"> <\/span><\/p><p style=\"background: transparent; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: #0e101a; font-size: 16px;\">Quando i kazaki iniziarono uno stile di vita pi\u00f9 stabile, iniziarono ad adottare varie tradizioni culinarie e ad arricchire la loro cucina con l&#8217;influenza delle cucine di coloro che vivevano nelle vicinanze: russi, ucraini, bielorussi, coreani, <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/uzbekistan\/uzbek-culture\/uzbek-food\/\">uzbeki<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/kyrgyzstan\/kyrgyz-culture\/kyrgyz-food\/\">kirghizi<\/a> (molto vicini alla cultura alimentare kazaka), uiguri, dungan e persino cinesi. Non \u00e8 raro trovare tagliatelle fatte a mano nei ristoranti kazaki e soprattutto nelle case dei villaggi rurali. href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/it\/cultura-kazaka\/feste-nazionali-kazake\/\">Nauryz<\/a> kozhe \u00e8 un cibo tradizionale per il Nauryz (celebrazione persiana di una nuova stagione). Questo piatto combina sette ingredienti: carne affumicata, latte, miglio, grano, mais, acqua e burro. La carne di cavallo e di cammello sono i due tipi principali di carne per le feste rispetto al Kirghizistan, dove la carne di cammello \u00e8 una rarit\u00e0. D&#8217;altra parte, la carne di cammello non \u00e8 ancora cos\u00ec tipica per le feste, poich\u00e9 i cammelli non sono cos\u00ec comuni come i cavalli in Kazakistan.
