I piatti pi\u00f9 popolari sono &#8220;<\/span>kabuli pulao&#8221; (o<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> &#8220;<\/span>qabili palau&#8221;) che \u00e8 una variet\u00e0 di plov dell&#8217;Asia centrale<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> e Samanu<\/span>o samsy (samosa).  <\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Gli antipasti tagiki sono piccoli piatti come frutta secca, noci e halva, seguiti da zuppa e carne e spesso completati dal plov. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Il pane e il t\u00e8 giocano ancora un ruolo fondamentale nella vita dei Tagiki: ci sar\u00e0 sempre un bollitore in ebollizione e alcune ciotole riempite con un t\u00e8 leggero e fumante. <\/span>Oltre ai cibi pi\u00f9 comuni dell&#8217;Asia centrale, descritti nelle pagine dedicate <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/it\/cultura-uzbeka\/cibo-uzbeko\/\">alla cucina uzbeka<\/a> e a quella <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/it\/kirghizistan\/cultura-kirghisa\/cibo-kirghiso\/\">kirghiza<\/a>, anche la cucina tagika ha i suoi piatti unici, come ad esempio il Qurutob. Questo piatto viene preparato utilizzando i qurut (palline salate essiccate a base di latte acido o yogurt) che vengono consumati anche in altre parti dell&#8217;Asia Centrale. I qurut vengono sciolti in acqua e il liquido risultante, dal sapore salato, viene utilizzato come base dell&#8217;insalata.     <\/p><p>Il liquido viene versato su strisce di pane piatto sottile. Esistono diverse varianti a seconda della regione. Esistono molti tipi di &#8220;shurbo&#8221; in Tagikistan e altrove nella regione, ma quello tradizionale contiene patate, carote e pezzi di carne e grasso.
