A luglio e agosto hai l&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 di esplorare le montagne del Kirghizistan a piedi o a cavallo, immergendoti nelle tradizionali yurte delle famiglie locali. Inoltre, in questo periodo dell&#8217;anno si svolgono i festival annuali che celebrano le tradizioni kirghise.    <\/p>\n<p>Sebbene gli inverni sugli altopiani siano prolungati e limitino il passaggio attraverso i passi di montagna elevati, si tratta di una stagione affascinante per esplorare il Kirghizistan. Le attivit\u00e0 che si possono praticare in estate (ad eccezione del rafting), come l&#8217;escursionismo, l&#8217;equitazione o lo sci in montagna, permettono di vivere un&#8217;esperienza unica. Trovare i farmaci necessari in loco potrebbe rappresentare una sfida o comportare costi significativi. Si prevede che le strutture mediche saranno scarse, il che sottolinea l&#8217;importanza di stipulare un&#8217;assicurazione medica e di viaggio completa prima dell&#8217;arrivo. In caso di incidente o malattia grave, potrebbe essere necessaria un&#8217;evacuazione aerea d&#8217;emergenza verso un paese vicino.   <\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acqua del rubinetto e le altre fonti d&#8217;acqua locali devono essere considerate contaminate e devono essere bollite prima di essere consumate. Optare per l&#8217;acqua in bottiglia per tutta la durata del soggiorno nel Paese \u00e8 una scelta prudente. Presta particolare attenzione al consumo di latticini non pastorizzati o di prodotti animali che possono essere soggetti a contaminazione.  <\/p>\n<p>Prima di entrare nel Paese, si raccomanda di sottoporsi a vaccinazioni aggiuntive contro la poliomielite e la tubercolosi; inoltre, potrebbero essere necessarie altre vaccinazioni.
