I kazaki e i loro antenati hanno conservato le tradizioni nomadi nell&#8217;aperta steppa per oltre 3.000 anni, poich\u00e9 era l&#8217;unico modo per sopravvivere all&#8217;interno della vegetazione secca della steppa, alle sue limitate risorse idriche, al caldo estivo e al freddo invernale. <\/p>\n<p>Dopo la fine del periodo sovietico, i kazaki hanno mantenuto lo stile di vita nomade. Tuttavia, le yurte sono leggermente cambiate rispetto a un secolo fa e nella maggior parte dei casi sono dotate di elettricit\u00e0, almeno tramite una batteria o un generatore.    <\/p>\n<p>La carne \u00e8 il cibo principale dei nomadi kazaki. Quando arriva l&#8217;inverno, si sceglie un cavallo per la macellazione, poich\u00e9 la sua carne \u00e8 considerata il miglior fornitore di energia durante la stagione fredda. La carne di un giovane toro \u00e8 considerata il piatto migliore per la primavera, mentre il montone \u00e8 disponibile tutto l&#8217;anno. Il montone \u00e8 particolarmente buono in estate, quando le pecore pascolano nei prati ricchi di erbe.   &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;allevamento seminomade ha un futuro brillante in Kazakistan.
