Questo scambio ha contribuito soprattutto alla fioritura culturale avvenuta in epoca medievale, come si pu\u00f2 vedere nello straordinario patrimonio architettonico, nell&#8217;artigianato e soprattutto nella cultura alimentare uzbeka. In generale, si pu\u00f2 dire che i cibi tradizionali uzbeki sono piuttosto pesanti, come del resto tutte le culture alimentari dell&#8217;Asia centrale.  <\/p><p>L&#8217;Uzbekistan \u00e8 noto anche per la sua straordinaria ospitalit\u00e0 e gli uzbeki cercano davvero di conquistare il cuore dei visitatori con gesti amichevoli legati al mangiare o al bere. Non sorprenderti se gli abitanti del luogo ti invitano a casa loro per il t\u00e8 e cercano di assicurarsi che tu non te ne vada senza aver assaggiato le prelibatezze della tavola &#8220;dastarkhan&#8221;, il rituale culinario dell&#8217;Asia centrale che consiste nel gustare ricchi piaceri culinari in compagnia di amici e familiari attorno a una tavola imbandita. La tavola uzbeka \u00e8 spesso imbandita con insalate, plov, non pane, frutta fresca di stagione, dolci e, soprattutto, t\u00e8. Bere il chai (t\u00e8) in una chaikhana in Uzbekistan segue ancora le antiche tradizioni dell&#8217;Asia centrale.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il t\u00e8 in Uzbekistan \u00e8 pi\u00f9 comunemente il t\u00e8 verde (kok chai in uzbeko) perch\u00e9 non solo soddisfa la sete e rinfresca il corpo, ma aiuta anche la digestione di cibi grassi e spesso pesanti. Il t\u00e8 uzbeko viene spesso servito insieme a fette di limone e zucchero o miele. Permettendo all&#8217;ospite di riempire spesso la tazza, inoltre, si mantiene costantemente il t\u00e8 caldo.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Infine, il t\u00e8 viene sempre passato e accettato con la mano destra ed \u00e8 molto educato mettere la mano sinistra sul cuore quando si riceve la tazza (consiglio per i visitatori data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Pilaff o Plov (conosciuto anche come Pilaff o a volte come Osh o Ash, molto probabilmente in riferimento alla citt\u00e0 di <a href=\"https:\/\/central-asia.guide\/it\/kirghizistan\/destinazioni-del-kirghizistan\/osh\/\">Osh<\/a> in Kirghizistan, che \u00e8 considerata l&#8217;origine del riso rossastro apprezzato nel plov)<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> <\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00e8 il piatto principale della cucina tradizionale uzbeka. Si tratta di un piatto oleoso a base di riso con pezzi di carne, carote grattugiate, cipolle e a volte include aglio arrostito, peperoncino e piccole uova di quaglia sode, a seconda dell&#8217;occasione in cui viene servito il plov e della regione uzbeka.   <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Il termine inglese pilaf deriva direttamente dal turco pilav, che a sua volta deriva dal persiano (classico) polow e infine deriva dal sanscrito pula-ka, &#8220;grumo di riso bollito&#8221;. Il termine inglese \u00e8 per\u00f2 ulteriormente influenzato dal greco moderno pilafi. Gli uomini uzbeki sono orgogliosi della loro abilit\u00e0 nel cucinare il plov pi\u00f9 unico e gustoso e ancora oggi viene preparato per lo pi\u00f9 da soli uomini.  <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Si dice che il pilaff uzbeko abbia 1200 ricette diverse. Il plov \u00e8 solitamente speziato con cumino nero intero, coriandolo, crespino, pepe rosso, calendula, sale e pepe e teste d&#8217;aglio e ceci possono essere interrati nel riso durante la cottura. Le varianti dolci, con albicocche secche, mirtilli rossi e uvetta, vengono preparate in occasioni speciali.   <\/p><p>Il plov \u00e8 molto popolare in Russia (cos\u00ec come in altre repubbliche ex sovietiche). \u00c8 anche il cibo migliore per i matrimoni e altre grandi celebrazioni, quando grandi quantit\u00e0 vengono cucinate in un unico piatto. Oggi, alcuni tipi di samosa vengono cotti in forni a gas o elettrici, il che \u00e8 pi\u00f9 veloce e conveniente e, allo stesso tempo, fa s\u00ec che il samosa mantenga gran parte delle sue qualit\u00e0 originali.   <\/span><\/p><p>In ogni regione dell&#8217;Uzbekistan, la samsa viene cucinata a modo suo con ingredienti segreti e abilit\u00e0 speciali. Le erbe vengono poi aggiunte al composto e cotte brevemente prima di essere utilizzate come ripieno della samsa. L&#8217;impasto della samsa verde \u00e8 simile a quello della samsa tradizionale, fatto di farina, acqua e lievito. L&#8217;impasto viene poi steso e tagliato in cerchi e il ripieno viene posto al centro di ogni cerchio. Un&#8217;altra zuppa non meno popolare \u00e8 la<strong>&#8220;mashkhurda<\/strong>&#8220;, una zuppa con grano verde, riso e patate, anch&#8217;essa condita con latte acido, verdure e cipolla. Il cholop \u00e8 una zuppa fredda a base di cetrioli, ravanelli, verdure e latte acido (ottima per i postumi della sbornia). L&#8217;uso del latte acido nelle zuppe risale all&#8217;epoca in cui i Turchi, antenati degli attuali Uzbeki, erano trib\u00f9 nomadi. I fagottini vengono poi bolliti in un brodo con carne e verdure fritte.
