TOUR HIGHLIGHTS

Central Asia Travel invites you on this journey to visit the most fascinating places in Uzbekistan and witness the legacy of various historical periods. You will become acquainted with the country’s rich history and culture, and explore its famous ancient cities: Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva. These are true historical and cultural reserves, filled with architectural masterpieces from the Timurid era and earlier.

To this day, Silk Road cities preserve the legacy of the Great Silk Road—a result of the cultural and political interactions of past empires such as those of Alexander the Great, Genghis Khan, and especially Timur, better known as Tamerlane, who declared Marakanda (Samarkand) the capital of his empire.

During the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to stroll through vibrant local bazaars, taste the delicious flavours of Uzbek cuisine, enjoy breathtaking landscapes, and experience the warmth and hospitality of the local people. This exciting journey through Uzbekistan is considered one of the most attractive in Central Asia.
