TOUR ITINERARY

Welcome to ancient Osh, also called the “southern capital” of Kyrgyzstan. After arrival and transfer to the hotel, enjoy a short break. Then, explore the Laglan Canyons, followed by a picnic. Continue with a tour of the sacred mountain Sulaiman-Too, offering stunning views of the valley. Return to the hotel for rest before the adventure begins.

After breakfast, journey to the ancient town of Uzgen. The group will visit the historical-architectural complex, famous for its medieval mausoleums and minaret from the Karakhanid period. Continue to the small village of Karasuu in a biosphere reserve known for its hospitality and tranquil atmosphere. Dinner and overnight in a guesthouse.

Day 1: After breakfast, an orientation and horse selection, then head north through the Kara-Suu Gorge, crossing a mountain river over wooden bridges. The gorge narrows with slopes covered in beautiful fir forests. The route goes under a waterfall and ascends to Lake Kara-Suu (1800m, 17 km, 4 hours). Lunch and rest at a mountain pasture, then dinner by an open fire. Overnight in yurts.

Day 2: Continue the horseback route across a pass at 2446 meters. Rest by Lake Iri-Kol with free time to relax and enjoy Sary-Chelek’s beauty. Lunch, then descend to Arkyt village for dinner and overnight in a guesthouse.

After breakfast, a city tour of Kokand, including the Khudoyar Khan Palace, Jami Mosque, museum, halva center, and the Dakhmai Shahon Mausoleum.
After lunch, transfer to Ahsikent (Namangan). Visit to the “New Ahsi” museum complex. A large mosque is under construction in this area. The museum contains artifacts from different eras found during excavations. Ahsikent is an open-air museum. This ancient city was destroyed by an earthquake in 1620. Archaeological work is ongoing.
Transfer to “Afsunalary Valley” park with a water park, attractions, shops, and cafes. Overnight stay at the hotel.

In the morning, visit the large high-altitude Lake Sary-Chelek, have a picnic, and then transfer to Chychkan Gorge. Check into a guesthouse and enjoy a relaxing evening.

After an early breakfast, the journey continues to Kochkor village, high in the mountains, known for its artisans specializing in traditional felt carpets, Shyrdak. Attend a workshop, visit a felt products shop, and enjoy dinner with a local family before overnighting in cozy rooms.

After breakfast, travel to Kyzyl-Tuu village for a yurt show, followed by lunch. Continue to Bokonbaevo for an eagle show and a trek in the “Fairy Tale” Gorge. Dinner and overnight in the NoviNomad yurt camp.

Today, explore the colorful Barskoon Gorge and hike to waterfalls, with a picnic in nature. Return to the yurt camp and relax on the beach.

Travel along Issyk-Kul Lake to visit the Przhevalsky Museum, then enjoy a city tour, hotel check-in, and a visit to hot springs. Dinner with a Dungan family in the evening.

After breakfast, head to Cholpon-Ata, visiting the picturesque jailoo Kyrchyn Gorge, a former venue for the World Nomad Games. Descend through Grigorevka Gorge to the lake, check-in, and enjoy the beach.

Visit the open-air Petroglyphs Museum, take a boat ride on the lake, and relax on the beach.
